I know what it feels like to constantly be “on.” For years, I balanced raising kids, working full-time, and giving everything to everyone else… until my body finally told me to slow down. That wake-up call led me to restorative yoga, astrology, and sound healing, where I learned that rest isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. Now, as a certified yoga teacher, intuitive astrologer, and sound practitioner, I help women, especially those in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond to pause, reconnect, and create space for themselves. My approach is grounded, nurturing, and accessible, because I know firsthand how transformative it is when you finally give yourself permission to rest..
